How long will it take for me to get my order?

How should I care for my clothes?

Items should be spot cleaned or hand washed in cold water. Please hang to dry.

How many letters can you fit on the back of a jacket?

Classic chenille letters: up to 6 on a kid’s item (7 on a kid’s XL or adult size).

Athletic style letters: up to 9 on a kid’s item (please see pictures of the varsity bomber jackets).

Can you do a bulk order?

Yes! Depending on the number of items ordered, the lead time may increase.

Can I pick up my order locally and avoid shipping fees?

Yes! All items can be picked up in Needham, Massachusetts. If you are paying online with Apple Pay, simply highlight the “shipping” option and scroll down to “Jilli Beans” local pickup. The shipping charge should drop off.
